MESO THERAPY

meso10.jpg

A medical procedure that obtains a therapeutic effect by directly applying a drug or procedure to the mesoderm

* Mesoderm: dermis. Human tissue formed by mesoderm such as fat, muscle, cartilage, bone, and blood vessels

* Epidermis. Neurons are ectoderm.

History of mesotherapy

1. Started by Hippocrates (400 BC). (Cactus thorns were used for shoulder pain.)
2. First developed as a medical procedure in 1952 by French physician  Michel Pistor .
3.1958 The term “ MESOTHERAPY ” was established and defined.
4. In 1987, the French National Medical Association adopted “MESOTHERAPY” as a  medical specialty .

5 categories of representative applications of mesotherapy

1. Wrinkle : Collagen Synthesis, Elastine Synthesis. Hyaluronate Infiltration, Proteoglycan Infiltration
Lifting .Increase in skin thickness: fine wrinkles
2. Whitening: Whitening pigment: Melasma
3. Hair Growth: Hair growth.
4. Lipolysis: Cellulite, Fat breakdown

5. Skin Trouble

6. TDDD :

Classification and application of mesotherapy

1. Meso-injection: A procedure that directly injects a drug into the layer using an injection or meso -conditioner
2. Meso-roller: A procedure that uses a meso-roller to create a passage to the target layer to allow the drug to permeate 3. Meso- cannula : A cannula is used to damage the epidermis A procedure that minimizes and injects drugs into the required layer

A: Meso-Injection

Direct injection method that expects therapeutic effect by injecting the drug into Mesoderm- derived tissue

2          MesoHair           Drug injection hair growth using microneedles

3          Mesosculpt        Liposuction injection into the fat layer

B: Meso-Roller A
method in which a useful drug or ingredient is applied to the skin, then a hole is pierced to the dermis, the mesoderm-derived tissue, and absorbed through the hole.

Needle Diameter : 100μm,120μm
Needle Length : 250μm, 500μm , 750μm, 1000μm, 1500μm,2000um
Needle Number : 192 fine Microneedles in eight rows and more
Needle Material : Titanium , Stainless Steel .Si licon

Classification according to Meso-Roller (MR) depth

*** Elapsed and number of times after treatment
0.25~0.75mm: Erythema only on the day of treatment. Slight degree of redness 1 time/week
0.75~1.50mm : Swelling for 3 days 1 time/2 weeks
1.50~3.00mm : Redness Swelling progresses for about 1 week 1 time/4 weeks

C: A
method of injecting drugs by creating a space in the dermis or subcutaneous layer with a cannula instead of a Meso-Cannula needle, or spraying without creating a space.

Advantages of mesotherapy

1. The needle papillary dermis to reach to which there is little or damaging the epidermis, unlike conventional surgery or laser resurfacing .- Minimal. Damage to the body

2. The path to the playback mechanism works fine by itself to cause injury through the numerous cell do. - Biologic
3. accelerates the natural regeneration of collagen in the dermis and underlying layers and maintain procedures for at least the effect reaches a peak in about two months fibrosis year after a long period of time .- Long Term the Effect
4. pass through laser or chemical peels and needle marks differently is covered within a few hours, the epidermis layer is maintained normally and collagen synthesis is induced, resulting in rapid healing and minimal side effects.-  Short Recovery Time
5. Laser or chemical peeling evaporates the epidermis and causes artificial second degree thermal or chemical burns. The possibility of photosensitivity, pigmentation, and scarring is high, but mesotherapy is small.- Less Complication

Ingredients used in mesotherapy

HA: Hyaluronic acid, also known as “water light injection” - a component that is normally distributed in the human body and is a moisturizing substance that uses the property of attracting and holding moisture 300 times its molecular weight or more

PRP:  Autologous platelets extract only regenerative components including stem cell growth factors in the blood to promote skin regeneration. Whitening, hair loss. It is used for indentation scars, etc.

PDRN.PN: Placentex . It is a nucleic acid component extracted from the DNA of salmon semen, known as Rejuran's brand name, and is used for whitening regeneration.

Stemcell Growth Factors: As epidermal growth factors, when injected at the boundary between the epidermis and the dermis or just under the epidermis, the division of epithelial cells is increased (melanocytes are not epithelial cells) and epidermal regeneration. Used for whitening, etc. rh-Oligopeptide-1 is a representative EGF. rh-Oligopeptide-1 (EGF), rh-Oligopeptide-2 (IGF-1), rh-Oligopeptide-31 (IGF-2), rh-Polypeptide-11 (a-FGF) , rh-Polypeptide-1 (b-FGF), rh-Polypeptide-8 (PDGF-A), rh-Polypeptide-59 (PDGF-B), rh-Polypeptide-9 (VEGF), rh-Polypeptide-22 (TGF) -b1),

EXOSOME:  A very small (30um~200um) component produced in all cells, mainly DNA, RNA, miRNA, and Protein. It is an information shearing material such as lipid, but it is used not only as a therapeutic agent but also for regeneration and whitening because the information on exosome extracted from stem cells is excellent.

COLLAGEN: Atelocollagen, which removes TELOPEPTIDE from both ends of the toxic collagen molecule, is used in the dermis layer. It is mainly used to improve wrinkles by regenerating the dermis.

PEPTIDES. AMINOACIDS: It is a small polymer of amino acids, which is the smallest unit of protein composition, and is used directly or by connecting ingredients necessary for the skin. Cooper Polypeptide. Oligopeptides and acetyl hexapeptides are famous. Nicotinyl Tripeptide-1, Caffeoyl sh-Decapeptide-9, sh-Octapeptide-4, sh-Decapeptide-7, sh-polypeptide-6 (Interleukin-10)

Vitamins: Vitamins that  have various and essential actions on the skin are used, and Vit.C. Vit B3 (Niacinamide), Biotin. Vit, A. Vit K, etc. are mainly used.

Enzyme: TPP (Thiamine pyrophosphate), CoA (Coenzyme A), FDA (flavin adenine dinucleotide pyrophosphorylase), NAD+ ( Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide ), NADP ( Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate ), UTP (Uridine-5′-triphosphate)

Minerals: Minerals that have various and essential actions on the skin are used, and copper. zinc. titanium. Iron. Vit B3 (Niacinamide), Biotin. Vit C. Vit, A. Vit E. Vit K, etc. are mainly used.

A collection of ingredients used for lipolysis: PPC. DA. Riboflavin. Tyrosine. L-Carnitine. Aminophiline. Pentoxiphiline. CafeinAnhydrate. Ephedrine. Epinephrine. Triamcinolone. Juglans Regia(Walnut) Seed Extract, Aesculus hippocastanum Extract.Tyrosine, Fucus Vesiculosus Extract, Sodium Chloride, etc.

Other ingredients that penetrate into the dermis:  adenosine. Glutathione. tranexamic acid. Alpha-bisabonol

Thread: Powder or fine thread that is inserted into other dermis to form collagen : PDO Thread. PCLThread. PLLA Thread.
